Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for the users your practice invites.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically for the subscription term until cancelled.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We will give notice before any change to pricing takes effect for your practice.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Clineos for unlawful purposes or to store content you have no right to store.
• Do not attempt to access other practices’ data, probe our systems, or bypass security controls.
• Do not resell, reverse engineer, or copy the platform.

Your data

Your practice retains ownership of the clinical and business records you enter into Clineos. We use that data only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Clinical responsibility

Clineos is practice management software. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace clinical judgement. Clinicians remain responsible for the care they deliver and for the accuracy of the records they create.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Clineos available and may perform maintenance, add features, or retire features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use the platform.

Termination

Either party may end the subscription at the end of the current term. We may suspend access for non-payment or for serious breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clineos is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
